What is DinoSawUs?
DinoSawUs is a fun, interactive and educational online dinosaur world for children
aged between 5 and 11. DinoSawUs is a virtual prehistoric game world for kids full
of dinosaurs like Tyrannosaurus Rex and Stegosaurus where children adopt a dinosaur,
play games and go on adventures.
It includes a Museum where they go to learn about dinosaurs and a newspaper full of stories, puzzles, feedback and with a strong conservation message
Who created DinoSawUs?
We’re an entertainment company based in Auckland, New Zealand that makes fun
and interactive dinosaur games for children. We’ve been in business since

Is DinoSawUs free to play?
DinoSawUs is Free to Play but if you would like to upgrade to a Membership to stop
us from becoming extinct, it would be greatly appreciated!
I lost my secret identity / secret password how can I retrieve
it?
Unfortunately, if you have lost your secret identity or password, there is no way
to retrieve it. We do not keep any private information about our players. We recommend
you print out or write your secret identity and password down on a piece of paper
and keep it in a super safe place!
I’m stuck on an adventure - help?
To find out how to get past a tricky bit in any adventure we provide hints and clues
within the adventure itself, if you have exhausted this option, follow the links
below to get to the adventure help and it will guide you through.
I’ve created my cool Dino, how can I save my game?
There is no need to save your Dino as DinoSawUs automatically saves everything for
you.
If you exit DinoSawUs and you want to play with your Dino another time, just click
on the "Returning Player" button, then enter your secret identity and password –
voila.
I played DinoSawUs a long time ago. I still have the secret identity
and password, but when I tried it, I couldn’t play?
If you keep returning to DinoSawUs each month, your Dino and items will always be
available. If you don't return for 3 months, your Dino will be removed from DinoSawUs.
How can I buy a DinoSawUs membership?
You can buy membership when playing DinoSawUs at anytime by going to the Dino Market
and choosing one of the amazing shopping departments within the market – look
out for the ‘Become a Member’ button at the bottom of each page, or
look for the membership button on the right hand side of your screen, simply press
the button and you will be taken through our easy to use payment process.
Remember kids – Never use your parents credit card without permission.
Can you tell me, is the membership billed at once or is it deducted
on a monthly basis? How does this work?
The membership is billed all at once and is a one off payment - we do not bill your
credit card more than once unless you enter your credit card details again to renew
your membership for another period.
I've paid the Family pack and sent an email with the Secret Identity
but they are still not a member. Can you help me?
For the family membership the first dino will be setup immediately with membership,
the second dino requires manual intevention which requires 'us' to set them up at
our end once we receive their Secret Identity via email - it may take up to 12 hours
because of time zone differences.
Is DinoSawUs advertising free?
To allow DinoSawUs to provide a Free to Play service it cannot commercially survive
without sponsorship.
